RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We’re happy to accept returns that fall within these guidelines:
- Any item can be returned within 30 calendar days of the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Fill out our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form for each return. Once we receive the form, we’ll email you instructions for returning your item(s). Important: We can’t accept any return until an RMA form is completed.
- Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you’re returning. The RMA number is the same as your order number, which you can find on the receipt included with the item.
Once we receive your item(s), we’ll inspect them within 2-3 business days to make sure they’re in the original condition and packaging and haven’t been used. We’ll let you know the status of your return as soon as we finish our inspection.
Upon approval of your return, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
When returning an item, you are responsible for shipping fees. We’re unable to cover the cost of return shipping.
